Thread: No where to shoot around The Dalles, OR anymore.

Well after the gravel roadside area on the west end of The Dalles closed down a while back there was only The Rod and Gun club range to shoot at. Not any more. All members are being notified that the agreement between the land owner that the range is located on and the gun club has ended. Insurance coverage became too high to afford. There is now no where to go and shoot in the area.

oh man,that sucks.I've shot cowboy matches at that range,what a neat place to shoot.It's HUGE,and talk bout big berms.! don't understand how insurance gets high on a range in the middle of nowhere..wait,yes I do..GREED.
