Thread: Outdoor shooting in the Vantucky area

Taking a friend of mine out for her second ever round of shooting. She's a busy nurse and doesn't want to come down to Memaloose or Brown's so I'd like to hear recommendations of a good outdoor area that can provide one or two hundred metres to toss some copper around the Vancouver area or surrounding.

Well the closest free range to Vantucky is the rifle range in Stevenson WA. They also have a pistol range too. Bring your own targets (and subsequently your target stands) and have at it. Take which ever SR that runs nexts to the river east (roughly 30 miles). Left at first street after bridge of the gods.

And there's always English Pit on 192nd near Camas. Yeah, it's $15 per person, but the controlled environment, benches, etc., can make it easier for a newbie.
