I've been a member for the past three years or so. The rifle range is good; the handgun range is adequate, though many improvements have been made in the past year or so. The quality of the volunteers who tend the range tend to vary greatly -- from the efficient and helpful to the busy-body and bothersome. The price has been great : $50 last year for an annual membership (it was $35 the two previous years), IIRC. Thing of it is, you'd better hurry if you want to see it. The current range is close to the airport, and the city/county will not renew the lease. The club has been looking on and off for some time now for a new location. Latest I heard was that the club had its eye on some property out by Prineville and then head south and go to **** and gone. Not good.
