Tuition is $380 for TCGC Members! A $70 savings!!!!

Join us for an intensive defensive carbine course at the Tri-County Gun Club. This class starts where the OFA Defensive Carbine class ends. You'll expand upon your existing skills with more dynamic movement, use of cover, team tactics, team communication, and longer range shooting. You'll spend time shooting from your support side and transitioning back-n-forth from strong to support and visa versa. Also transitions to handguns can be expected.

You must be a graduate of OFA's Defensive Carbine course or have equivalent professional training from another similar school to attend.

Please call or email Vivian (NOT DAN) at the OFA Office for more info or to register - 541-451-5532 or vivian@oregonfirearmsacademy.com

Please DO NOT PM Dan for more information or to ask him to tell Vivian something. Dan isn't always able to access the PM system when he is training out of the area. Vivian is the person you need to visit with about questions or registration. If you have technical or course specific concerns Vivian will ask Dan to call you or email you directly.

Well the course went without a hitch and the lousy weather actually added to the reality of it!

It is a honor to train with this group. Most attending are vets with combat experience including one retired Officer and one who is currently serving in the Army going on his 11th year.

In spite of humid, damp, and often soaking (make that muddy) conditions everyone did an amazing job. We only had two guns go down the first mornign (one carbine and one handgun) which is an all time record. After that all guns operated without a hiccup. Advanced level students certain have their guns dialed in and it really showed. Yes we had all AR's and one M1A and they ran perfectly fine in some of the worst conditions imaginable!

This class is literally a four ring circus with three out of four bays going all at the same time.

To get a feel for what you might have missed here is what one student said about the class on another forum....
