Thread: Summer Internship

Hi everyone,
I am a mechanical engineering student at Portland State University. I was thinking that it would be fun and interesting if I could find a Summer internship opportunity in the weapons or defense fields. I was wondering if anyone here knows of any manufacturers or companies that may offer anything like this? I am located in the Portland/Beaverton Area so something local would be great.

My son is a junior at OIT and starts his intership this spring. He's really hoping to get to work at Benchmade. Personally, I hope he ends up at Intel.

Ya intel is a great company to get into, I am lookin into that as well, thank you for the list tho I really appreciate it.

Intel does get a ton of interns in the summer normally. We also hire a ton of RCG's once you graduate in accordance with our CEO's agreements with the Annointed One.

nice, I take it you work at Intel? Do you enjoy it? What do you do there?
