Shooting doesn't deter hungry In-N-Out customers

    December 14, 2011

A man in his 20s was shot and critically injured in the parking lot of a Northern California In-N-Out Burger restaurant this week.

The suspect fled and police cordoned off the area. But for two hours after the shooting, a steady stream of business continued uninterrupted as "a line of cars snaked around the crime scene toward the drive-through window," the Contra Costa Times reported.

The victim was airlifted to a hospital in critical condition. The suspect, also in his 20s, fled the Pinole fast food restaurant on foot.

Police told the newspaper they believe it was a targeted attack and that there was no threat to the public. The restaurant stayed open for two hours after the shooting, but eventually closed so authorities could investigate.
Yeah right, "so authorities could investigate". I think they just wanted the restaurant to themselves for a while. Mmmmmmm, Double-Doubles.

Wonder how long it would have taken if this would have happened at Krispy-Cream?

That's a whole town of Honey Badgers. Because they, well, you know. Not surprised they wouldn't leave.
