Recipe? My mom and sister used that word a lot.I never saw a need for it

I started with a can of crushed tomatoes, italian seasoning, salt fresh ground peppers( the multi colored ones),garlic, sweet red peppers, jalapeno, onion, carrots, diced sweet potatoes,(well everything is diced I guess),mushrooms,Boc Choy, celery and asparagus.
Crock pot on low over night. (see you still have time to get here)
Sometimes I get carried away with my selection, but everything sounded good. And hey they all add a little flavor.
You know how you get mad when the soup has a bunch of celery? Well it does add a lot of taste to soups and stews. It isn't just for filler, lol

Oh I was going to use just some chicken thigh meat but the sausage always kicks the flavor up.
Add subtract to your taste...except the garlic, onions and jalapenos.
