Blood on the moon = lunar eclipse. The moon may be orange or red tomorrow morning. Weather permitting go outside and watch it.

I guess I shouldn't be too harsh. I'm kind of an old fart so I knew what the expression meant. I will make it a point to be up early tomorrow morning. The skies should be clear so it might be quite the show.

I get up at 4am, at work by 5:40am... if fog allows, i'll see it.

Yesterday morning (Thursday) at 5:40, it was a HUGE orange moon with just a little bite taken out... ok, it looked like a bite taken out...LOL

this morning, just a white/yellowish looking color....

we'll see what it looks like in the morning...

Before the fog or mist came up this morning it reminded me of an orange pearl as seen through smokey quartz.

Thank you HenryJ for putting up some pics for the rest of us.

The fog is thick here, it was hard to even see the street corner lamp at 530 this morning.

Just free handed with a "point and shoot" , but at least we have something to show for the event. 12 degrees F here in eastern Oregon when those were taken.
Thanks and have a GREAT day people!
