    Default More shooting

    Fast bullet.

    Not sure why it looks like my gut is hanging out. I think my shirt is full of air from the wind. Either way;

    By the way, do you always shoot without hearing protection?

    Part of the day we used protection. But sometimes no, not much. Training for SHTF, I guess.

    There's a clear difference between practice/shooting & SHTF.

    With SHTF, the blood pressure will be up and adrenaline pumping you'll get auditory exclusion which will protect your hearing in a natural way. You won't get that from everyday shooting.

    Protect them thar ears!
    Train at the speed of a gunfight.

    Like your choice of weapons, but listen to Wichaka or you might end up like me, lip reading half the time.

    Wichaka's words will never fall upon deaf ears. (Pun not intended.)

    But, I like to be ready even still. It's not a common practice, it's just something we do.

    I have been flashbanged and CS gassed as well.

    As well as reacting under direct bursts of pepper spray.

    You never know. I just like to keep ready. As long as I can get through a mag without breaking concentration, that's all I train for. The problem now, is without ear protection, I find it harder to remember to break the tunnel.

    Rub it in, wait 15 seconds. Ugh, terrible.
