    Default Gerber Covert F.A.S.T

i am thinking of getting a covert mini for my brother in law who lives in Washington. Are there any legal issue for him carrying it? I don't know if Washington considers it an auto knife or not. He isn't a felon.

Thanks for the heads up, but if we get it for him we're going to get him the mini. He isn't a big knife guy anyway and we don't really know if he will carry it.
