Default Wooden Nickel Myrtlewood store - Port Orford....

A couple of weeks ago, visiting with some friends down in PO, we went into the Wooden Nickel myrtlewood store on Oregon St.

Apart from all the fine wooden stuff, they had a great display of bench-made knives - well-worth a look if you are ever passing.

Just thort I'd mention, is all.

Been in that store many, many times. My mother was raised in PortOrford, and I spent many summers on those beaches. Some of my first fishing was on the Elk & Sixes rivers with my grandfather.
The southern coast is a beautiful and often missed part of Oregon.
Thanks for the quick flashback. Rik
