Thread: Want to rent your steel target plates for a day

Will be shooting at Tri-County Gun Club on Sunday (8/14), and would like to borrow/rent some steel gong targets to test out in the action range. Wife and I are trying to decide what type of targets or plates we want to order, so trying out various kinds will help with our decision. We will be using pistol calibers only.

Let me know what you have, and if you're interested in selling them or just renting them to me for a day. Can pick up in Portland area, also leave a deposit if wanted. Thanks!

you can buy some at bi-mart for around $39 I think. I used plates I picked up out of the ditch by the railroad. They are about 8"x11", and I welded some chain links on to hang them. If you start to look around, there are all sorts of options for free metal targets... I wouldn't invest any serious $$ in gongs.
