    Default ATF And Random Inspections of NFA Weapons

    I have no experiance with NFA weapons, but am wondering, after doing the paperwork and getting your stamp, can the ATF randomly show up at your door and "inspect" or make you posses your registered gun?

    No only no but HE!! NO. You do not give up any rights by owning NFA items. No warrant no "inspection".

    Here is the Form 4 used for civilian transfers, http://www.atf.gov/forms/download/atf-f-5320-4.pdf Read it for yourself and you will see there is no waiver of your rights.
