I have been wondering some time what the difference between a short barreled shotgun and a any other weapon shotgun is.

HM. I was thinking of the Judge .410 but clearly that doesn't count.... however, here's a thing..if its a single shot, break open, and has only one grip (say, a 12ga flare launcher for example) if one were to use ti to shoot regular shells, but its one at a time, is it still an AOW, especially if the grip is a PG and it has never been on a shouldered set up?
I just found out something. Taurus was developing the 28 Gauge Raging Judge revolver, this one would most definitely fall into the AOW category as being expressly designed as a handgun... (just looked up the NFA definations of the AOW/SBS thing; apaprently if it never had a shoulder stock, a SBS could be an AOW, BUT if it had a shoulder stock before, it is a SBS)
