Thread: Silencer newbie

I was wondering if anyone in kitittas county has gotten the sheriff to sign off on a silencer? Sorry for the newbie question..just wondering if which way is the better way to go about this..

Cant answer your question directly but I feel the Trust is a better route.

You don't have to deal with the LEO, fingerprints of photos. With a trust anyone on your trust can legally have possession of your times vs just you on an individual. While you can legally transfer items to your heirs tax free if it is already on a trust there is no messing with that.
