Looking forward to reading and learning, always... To the guy asking about answering the door with a gun in his hand; why not install a viewer and a porch light so you can see who or what is on the porch? If you don't know them don't open the door! But have the GUN just in case!

welcome to NWF ! it is a great site !! plenty to do, and see here, and some great people to work with ! ohhhh, and so much info ! i didn't start shooting handguns until just a few yrs. ago, and the "vast" knowledge here has really helped me out ! enjoy yourself !!

One caution on this site - it can suck up your internet time Usually one of first clicks in the morning and definitely the last one at night.
There is lot of knowledge, information sharing and opinions; plus (usually civil) debates and discussions.
The people are great! Sure, there are a couple of grumpy gusses or "only my opinion" or "overinflated ego matters" but just consider them to be the comedic relief for the site.
