    Default Another new guy

Gotta say this is a good site with lots of good info. After my close encounter with a furry four legged kind while archery hunting a few weeks ago I decided to look for a 10mm for hunting back up, as my Super Redhawk just happened to be in the truck at the time I could've used it. Just a bit big for packin' in the woods. So here I am. Anyway spend alot of time hunting and not enough fishing as work and family take priority. Happy to be the new guy

    Welcome to the forum
Take a look at the 10MM or 357 mag revolvers. Recently did a blind (unkown what caliber i was shooting) with my buddy's 10MM revolver, Very nice.
Revolvers are much better for woods/hunting backup than a auto,
