Thread: background check . automatic delay.

Does anyone have experience with an automatic delay during a background check?

I called the state police and got a recording saying information was entered wrong.

All my info is correct but I overheard the clerk say he could not find a code for a STI pistol. State police recording said it can take up to 30 days to fix.

Meanwhile my $ 1069 pistol (which I've paided for ) sits in the roseburg gun store and they don't seem to want to help straighten out this mess.

Any advice on what to do next ?

Yep, wait till they call you to pick your gun up.

So much for" instant" check.

I have stopped shopping at any store that does not try and help when there are problems. Its all about customer relations. If they dont care I dont go back. Get your gun when its time then never use them again.

I will not use this shop again and would not recomend them to anyone in the roseburg area.
