Default Oregon Voters: Senate Bill 659

This may still be on the plate for the 2012 Legislative session...

Dangerous and imbecilic piece of of Nanny (or Ninny) State politics.

Thought that was dead. One of the main pushers of this bill was/is Suzanne-I-want-to-be-the-next-Wu-Bonamici.

Hope Bonamici gets dumped in the coming elections and finally retires. She is almost as bad as Gini Burdick.

that your hopes become reality. I fear that the boneheads that elected Wu will elect this character. I understand that her husband was Wu's attorney and ran interferance for him and attempted to supress reporting of W's alleged misdeeds. What a crew.

Ok, I just had a quick glance at the pdf, and my initial comment is 'why'? Can someone elaborate on the pros/cons? I seem to be missing the good/bad about the bill, i.e. is the bill proposed from a 'safety' point of view or is there something else that I'm not aware of?
