    Spokane is already being talked about after the Thompson/Zehn proble was finally resolved with the conviction of Thompson in the use of excessive force. The scary part is, at one time Thompson was being considered for Chief of Police in Spokane...now he gets to spend an extended period of time in federal prison, and this whole thing took 5 1/2 years!
