Default Semi Auto Shotgun Legal Questions in Oregon

I picked up a Safir T-14 upper which is a .410 shotgun upper for an AR-15. I just want to confirm that there are no laws I'm breaking with this setup especially with a detachable mag and/or a 13 round magazine.

Thanks. Is there a limit to a magazine capacity for these?

Had to go check it out. Kinda cool! Although I couldn't imagine showing up to shoot skeet at the club with one!!!

There is only a mag limit if being used to hunt Migratory Birds per Federal law.

Yep, you are only allowed a TOTAL of 3-rounds in the gun... That includes the one in the chamber.

Thanks guys. I'm building this just to have some fun with. It's ran pretty well so far - but seems to have an acquired taste in certain .410 shells. I'll post up pics when complete.

That includes crows, if you ever shoot crows...You may be surprised what is a "migratory" bird in Federal law. Be careful what you shoot with it, and you will be fine.

Make sure the barrel is 18" or more, other than that it's fine.
