    Default Canton, Ohio reprise

    Hey all. Just in case anyone was wondering about Canton, Ohio and William Bartlett, the trial was today. Judge dismissed the Failure to Notify, William pled no contest to stopping on a thoroughfare and was fined $150 for a moving violation. My understanding is the judge didn't even need to hear the defense's case. More on ohioansforconcealedcarry.com

    Good to hear. There wouldn't be a defense on a dismissed charge or a no contest plea.
