Default Feds arrest man who may have sold gun used to kill Wash. cop

David Devenny, 68, of Olympia, was taken into custody on suspicion of illegally selling firearms. During his arrest, ATF agents recovered 42 guns and $32,000 in cash.
Devenny allegedly sold the firearm at a Puyallup gun show in October 2009, and investigators say Christopher Monfort used it to kill Brenton a week later.

    Anyone know this guy?
