Thread: U.S. reverses stance on intl arms treaty

I'm sure this would have been headline news if not for the latest crisis.

Seems like a big step in the wrong direction, especially if it ended up without the consensus policy.

It takes a 2/3 majority of the Senate (67 votes) to ratify a treaty. Ain't going to happen anyway.
