Default Machining Muzzle Brake/Compensator to fix Timing?

I have a DPMS Bull Barrel in .936 diameter and a JP Compensator which matches up perfectly diameter wise. However the 'timing' of it is off where it turns about 90 degrees past where it should sit. I'd like to keep the smooth transition between the brake and barrel, so I was thinking about having a gunsmith machine a bit off the back of the compensator to make it line up properly without needing to use a peel or crush washer since using those would most likely leave a bit of a gap (most washers I've found seem to be have a smaller OD than the .936).

Anyone know of a place/gunsmith that could do this for a decent price? (preferably close to Tacoma,WA but shipping it somewhere is always an option too).

    Thanks!
