What kind of hand guard is it MOE?

Yeah it sure is moe why do they make it so hard to put things back on? I just vertical grip on the gun and have been trying to get it back on for the last two hours!!!!!

If you dont have a special tool for the delta ring- use a large pair of pliers/channel locks. Put the delta ring between the handle and squeeze, while pushing down on the plier head with your thigh. There is a video on YouTube. I installed my Magpul handguard this way in minutes. Hope it helps.
