Default place in portland that thread barrels

I'm trying to find a gunsmith that can thread on a muzzle brake for me.

There is one local guy that can, except he had my barrel for a month, didn't thread the barrel, then gave it back to me

In my shop it's $100 and guaranteed .0001" or less concentricity.

They have a website which details pricing and options. Google 'em. They also have pics of their work. They are great people to work with and they will answer any questions you might have.
