Thread: Looking for gunsmith to push out 1911 front sight

I got a Dawson fiber optic sight for my Springfield 1911. It started out to be a simple installation, remove the small roll pin and push the old sight out of its dovetail. Well, it won't budge. I'm afraid I'll need the services of a gunsmith with a sight pusher to get the front sight out. Know of any trusting gunsmiths in the Beaverton area?
