Default Portland Gun Show Vendor Question

Hey all, a few years back at the Portland Gun Show there was a guy who made really nice heavy duty leather belts. Does anyone know who he is and how I might contact him? Thanks

I heard a story that I won't repeat but I think he won't be back.

Hmm, sounds like I should just leave it at that huh? Anyone know anyone else that makes heavy duty "carry" belts?

Beltman does a very nice job. I recently ordered one of his "quick ship" belts and had it in a few days.

RNR Gun Leather in Sedro-Woolley, WA makes some super duty custom belts. He is slow, you order then wait, and wait,,,,but the belts are A1+ (Yes, I own one) Quite a reasonable price for a belt as skookum as he makes, 2 heavy layers, glued and stiched.....$60 The belt will almost stand up on it's own.

Someone's wife and lead poisoning, interesting, sounds like an eighteenth century mystery plot. Anyway, thanks for the suggestions hermannr and BK1, i'll check'um out.

I think Ted Blocker is in your area too. He makes leather gear.

I will second Ted Blocker in Tigard. They have a show room and you can go in and look and try on the belts and holsters. They have a whole wall of belts hanging up. And they will make you a custom one if you don't see anything you like. Really nice people to talk with also.

I had one occasion to deal with him, and that was more than enough. If you would like a top quality belt, Google, The Beltman.

    Great company, superb products.

    Best,
    Gary
