Thread: Beadblasting to restore matte/satin surfaces to a firearm

I have been asked repeatedly in the past to detail how I go about restoring that flat or satin finish to matte surfaces on my handguns that I refinish. I am also asked quite often what tools are required.

This video details step by step how I go about restoring the flat surface to the top of a revolver or to the slat/satin finished parts of any handgun. It is quick and easy to do and does not require any expensive or special tools other than the ones you probably already have around the house/garage.
