Seriously, the market is hot for slim sub compact 9mm single stacks or maybe they finally listened to my rants and made a ruger mini-30 that takes AK mags.

I read something on G&A online last year about them coming out with a 1911 for the 100th anniversary of the 1911.

I read an interview with some Ruger executive recently. The interviewer asked about a 1911 and the Ruger exec mentioned it was a possibility "at some point in time".

Still hoping for them to make a .45/410 revolver so I can try one without having to buy a Taurus...
That's the rumor I heard. Only a rumor.
Pretty sure a SR40C would hardly be the next gun everyone would want to own. Either they are guilty of overhyping (which is likely anyhow) or its something incredible that we will all want.
That's what I'm hoping for. Doubt it, but maybe.

It's a 9mm pistol in the form of the LCP.
It's called the "LC9" and ships February first.
Ruger tells us that we MUST own it!
