Good to see that Dutch Bros is doing the right thing here.

Awesome! I totally agree, Dutch Bros. are doing all the right and decent things for the employee. I need to spend some $ at their Portland locations more often.

The no-firearms policy is one of the rules that is being scrutinized, Boersma said.
“We want to make sure (that policy) is in the best interest of our employees,” he said.

Hmmm "(that policy) is in the best interest of our employees,”

I would guess that it isn't.......for them or any other convenience type store/coffee shop.

All small businesses like this should allow their employees to carry, unless they have a security guard standing there all the times.
(7-11 has had a no gun policy up here for years)
