I don't anyone who has a $10,000 cash deposit laying around, but I'm guessing some reloading company will snatch this up.

It says 80% were blank rounds. Can you reload those?

I believe that means "once fired" reloadable.

I dont' think so, if you've seen the crimp they put on blanks, I wouldn't use them.

Looking at the pics I see a LOT of 7.62 blanks and very deformed case mouths, looks like most is scrap grade to me.

No wonder then why virtually ALL the popular shooting areas around here were completely devoid of brass laying on the ground however recently I am seeing it being left on the ground more than last year. Last year you couldn't hardly find a .22 case!
