    Default 32 ACP, 32 Long, and a S&W 1903

So, i've read some debate and never got a straight answer:

I have an S&W 1903 32 Long I recently picked up, and in a senior moment bought Winchester 32 Auto from the wonderful World of Wally.

Will firing this through my gun (which appears to be in good shape and the previous owner recently fired rounds through it) hurt my gun [negative], not phase it, but use 32 Long [neutral], or is more economical and is worth doing? [positive].

I've put the rounds in the revolver, they hold inside, no slip-through, no more or less rattling than a 32 long round.

    Comments? Opinions?

32 Auto is loaded to higher pressure.

    SAAMI pressures

    .32 ACP 20,500
    .32 S&W Long 15,000

I wouldn't. Lowers safety margin. Might swell cylinder. About like firing proof loads.
