    Default Well I brought my bag of gun parts to the gunsmith today...

    LOL...another one of those days...things stop working....took it all apart...ran it down to my '1911' dude to get it running...

    I joked if I got jacked, I would throw $1500 worth of gun parts at the bad guy...that's my new plan....

    Most of us have been there, don't let them say they haven't, but $1500 worth, OMG.
    That's got to be more than 1 weapon, or a lot of &*&*)( parts. A picture might have been worth the $1500 worth of words..

    Yes, we have too many pictures of slick, assembled guns around here. A photo of a "bag of parts" would be refreshing for some of us.

    You've got me beat, my record is $1300 worth of parts I had to take in to get reassembled into a 1911 last year.... 0:-)

    I did that once with a Beretta 92FS's slide parts. It turned out I needed a third hand to reassemble the safety switches correctly.

    I don't care if the content of the bag-o-parts is High Point, the drive and walk of shame to the 'smith is embarrassing.

    I get some great shotguns because folks can't get 'em back together again.....I could probably figure a 1911 out....If ya get stumped again and don't want the embarrassment......
