I haven't personally seen these. But is there a chance that an upper could be mated with one of these lowers? Is that what the atf is all in a snit about?
From what I understand a standard AR upper will pin to the lower. These are not those clear plastic, battery operated air soft guns they sell at Fred Meyer for $29.99.
