    Default Taurus 357 MAG

    Hi I received this handgun this week and I'm trying to figure out what model it is. It has a 6'' barrell and holds 6 rounds. This is my first handgun and I was wandering if this would be good for home protection. Anyways any advice would be great. I'm new to this I dont know much. Thanks for your help

    Taurus .357 would be a good home defense gun. Reliable, and you can leave it loaded indefinitely, in your sock drawer.

    Sock drawers are not secure places to store firearms. I hope you don't have kids in the house.
