I've fallen in love with my Marlin SDT and I don't see me going on long walks in the woods with this anymore.
This is my Marlin 1895 Guide gun. 18 1/2" barrel. Marlin porting. It was converted to 457 WWM, Wild West Magnum, by Wild West Guns in Anchorage, Alaska. They really work the action over to feed a round with a longer COL and this guns feeds flawlessly! Still shoots 45/70 ammunition. In addition to the action work it's had added:
