    Default Smith & Wesson Customer Service = A+

    Hey guys,

    Just wanted to share what outstanding customer service I've had with S&W within the past few months. Once was for an optional part which I wasn't sure they still had in stock, and the second was for a broken part on a well-loved (read as: I shoot the **** out of it) pistol. Both times, Customer Service came thru, responded quickly to my emails, asked the right questions, and got me the parts I needed within a few days. I am really happy to have bought their products many moons ago, especially with a customer service team which shines above the rest.

    I agree with the one time I've dealt with them.

    Makes me lean toward them for future purchases vs. other brands if I'm on the fence.
