    Default Smith local to Portland to perm attach flash hider?

    Do any of you know a competent gunsmith local to Portland (preferably south a bit more) that can permanently install a flash hider on my Colt 14.5" M4 upper? I paid a lot of money for it and I don't want to take it just anywhere, yet I don't want to pay the shipping costs to send it out.

    Rich's Gun Shop, in Donald. Just south of Wilsonville. They do great work.

    Went to Rich's in Donald this afternoon.. $90..and they need your upper or barrel for 2 weeks.. Thinkin I can do better than that..price..and turnaround time..
