Thread: Red Dot Sight on a Pistol

Who makes a decent inexpensive (less than $100) red dot sight that can handle being mounted on the slide of a pistol? Or does such an animal exist?
I would remove the clamp style mount like shown in the picture below and make a mount that installs in the factory dovetail on the slide.

Below is a picture of the type of sight I'm thinking about but not necessarily the brand.

Check out Sightmark...I use one on my Browning Buckmark...5 different reticles, 7 intensity adjustments...
