pretty sure it's free parking also ? I went last year for the 1s time, and WOW.
free parking the past few years I've been. Even when I don't buy a thing, worth the admission.
will the Miwall ammo guys have a booth?
miwall hasnt done an albany show in years. last time they did a show in Albany was the arpc show in 09. you can always call them and see where there next show is.
Shows
Looks like their next Oregon visit will be Rickreall in March 10-11 2012 at the Polk County fairgrounds. $5 admission and free parking.
Where is this in Albany?
OK so I gotta ask, what makes the Albany show so much better than the others? Because quite frankly I've been disappointed as hell by the toal volume of sheer crap they sell at the Collector's West shows at the Expo Center in Portland. So much so that I vowed never to go to another gun show again.
This Albany one is put on by the Albany gun club (or something like that). They don't allow more than a few booths of that beanie baby & other stuff. This is the only one I bother going to any more. Lots of new & used stuff, antique & modern. And its only $5 & free parking. You will not be disappointed.
when I have gone to the show there was free and lots of parking,a lot of GUN vendors, wide alases making it easy to LOOK, a lot of GUN ASSYS. dealers, some high volume ammo dealers,
every vendors seems to be selling GUN related items....I like this show some what better than Rickreall do to the spacing..
I thought this coming show was put on by the East Albany Lions Club while March 3-4th is by ARPC? I will be there this sat with my dad and his friend
ARPC show in March
I wonder how this weather will affect vendor and patron attendance this weekend. Almost wish I hadn't sold my boat!
Very impressed with my visit to the Albany Gun Show today. Lots of room, and plenty of tables with GUNSfor 5 bucks and free parking this is a great show to go to.
Worth the drive from Banks.
I scored some Dillon Conversion kits(1/2 price) 250-3000 precision die set, some brass, bullets, and other odds and ends....Pardner scored a 95% Browning BSS SXS 12ga.
Lots of guns and rifles to chose from.
Went today and was quite impressed with the variety and amount of vendors.
