    CENTRAL OREGON SNIPER MATCH
    SATURDAY, MAY 8TH, 2010

    CENTRAL OREGON SHOOTING SPORTS ASSOCIATION RANGE
    BEND, OREGON

    REGISTRATION 0730-0830, SHOOTING STARTS @ 0900
    TESTING: ACCURACY, SPEED, MOVEMENT, POSITIONAL & LONG RANGE SHOOTING

    Cost: $30 (includes lunch & awards)
    Match sponsored by the COSSA Practical Shooters

    Features:
    6 stages of fire, approx 50 rounds; match open to the public!

    What to bring :
    Centerfire rifle with bipod, eye/ear protection.
    No rangefinders.

    Sounds like fun. How do I learn more? I think my rifle it too heavy for this kind of match at 16.5 pounds. Single shot as well, no mag.

    Email one of the above people and they will tell you more. I think the rifle may work, but I would prefer a lighter rifle with some sort of magazine.

    That COSSA sure is a nice range,
    and it was a fun shoot even with the dust kicken up
