AR competition
We were discussing putting together an AR competition earlier, and I was wondering who would be interested. I haven't figured out what the rules are yet, but we decided on irons only, and most likely .223 only. As far as what it covers would be a broad spectrum from standing, kneeling, and prone shooting, to move and shoot, strafing, rapid fire, slow fire, ect.
Any suggestions on rules or drills would be great!

A basterdized KD course seems in order..
Since we would mostlikely be shooting at Memaloose 50yd and 100yd
50 rds per challenge best score out of 2..
50yds
5 rds standing slow fire
5 rds kneeling slow fire
10rds rapidfire 5 standing to 5 kneeling with a mag change..
100yds
10 rds slow fire prone blah blah blah..
unless we gat access to a range to 500 yds then we can have a real party!
Good static ideas, how about dynamic ideas?

How about go all out and do a 3gun like event?
Hmm. This would be interesting. I have a brand new AR that I need to go shoot.
I'm interested - need to get out with my good AR and practice more though...
