Thread: Handgun silhouette

Are there any silhouette shooters here?

I started shooting steel when Elgin Gates was running it. I was planning on getting back into the game again this summer until I broke my shoulder. Still on the mend. Maybe next year if it heals correctly.

Does anyone have a favorite 7mmbr load they would like to share?

I'm a shilhouette guy from the Elgin Gates' days.
Never shot the 7BR, I used the 7mm IMHSA in an XP and the 357 Mag up to the Super Mag in the T/C. 44 mag, then to the .375 Super Mag in the Dan Wesson.

I have used all of those cartridges. Wish I still had the 7mm IHMSA. Won it as a door prize at the Oregon State chanpionship in 1981.

We may have met back in the day. Home range was and still is Tri-Co Gun Club in Sherwood.
