If you get 880 rds it is a better and you NEED it anyway. That crates it comes in are kind if cool. And you get the can opener tool as well.

Gun shows. There are usually cans of it at the Portland and Hillsboro shows for about $100. Even adding in show admission, it's still cheaper than having it shipped.

I think that the cost factor must be tempered with how quickly (or not) you need the ammunition. The least expensive 7.62x54r ammo I have purchased has come from members of this board.
