Thread: Alliant Power Pro Series

has anybody had any experience with Alliant's new powders? Marketing gimmick or something new and improved?

I haven't tried any yet but it is interesting. Supposedly it is a line that's been developed to make it easier to obtain "Factory Speeds" from reloads.

I haven't had any trouble with my current powders getting the speed I need for the accuracy I want.

So far there doesn't seem to be any data listed for this powder except for select loads within each type.

Only Alliant Powder I use is Power Pistol and it's great for my application.

Why "fix" what's not broken?

I'd like to try some MR 2000 but can't find it anywhere near Portland
