Thread: 338 load suggestions

Hey,i picked up a savage 111 in 338 win mag and was wondering if anyone had a good load useing 250 gr Hornady rn bullets?

Is that a reduced recoil load?im kinda liking the sound of reduced recoil.this thing has plenty to go around

You can go down to 55gr if thats too much but for that powder it's midrange @ around 2400fps.
